The mission of the Dr. Diana Bowman Center is to end pet overpopulation and serve as an advocate for companion animals. The Bowman Center is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to the stewardship of animals through education and advocacy. The Center will strive to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable dogs and cats by placing emphasis on increasing both adoptions and spay/neuter surgeries. The Center will be a voice for the animals. Our goal is to have an adoption facility.
